Perhaps you don't understand Open Crew data, that would be an open list similar to what we use for Cast Data, you list the name and the job they are credited with in the film, no more guessing, no more trying to shoehorn jobs into categories.

I don't think so, Stuart. I think most people would like to be able to add more crew data, like Special Effects, Set Designer, Visual effects, etc, etc, the question really is what is the best method to do this. From my own observations I will say that if you think Sound and some of the other areas have been PITAS under the current system, you ain't seen nothing yet.
