| Posted: | | | | In order to add a new CoO or locality, Ken stated that all he needed were the ratings for that country, so here they are:
Chile TE (Todo Espectador) - For all audiences. Inconveniente para menores de 7 años - Not suitable for children younger than 7 years. Mayores de 14 años - Inappropriate for children younger than 14. Mayores de 18 años - Suitable for people aged 18 and older. Children younger than 18 may be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 or older. 18/S - Suitable for people aged 18 and older with sexually explicit content. This indication signifies that the film essentially contains scenes of real and explicit sexual activity. 18/V - Suitable for people aged 18 and older with extreme violence.
Colombia T: for general audiences. The T means "Todos", meaning "all." 7: for movies suitable for children aged 7 and above. 12: for movies suitable for children aged 12 and above. 15: for movies suitable for children aged 15 and above. 18: for movies suitable for people aged 18 and above. X: for pornography. Banned: for movies "containing elements inciting to crime or making a concrete endorsement of it." E: Exempt.
Peru Apt General Ages. All ages admitted. 14 Violence and language. No Children under 14 admitted without an adult. 18 Extreme graphic violence, strong language, or drug abuse, or pornography films. No Children under 18 allowed without the company of an adult.
There are several countries I can't find ratings for at all, like Pakistan, Jamaica, Kazakhastan, the Ukraine and Serbia, as well as the former countries like Czechslovakia and Yugoslavia. |

| Posted: | | | | Bumping this up, since none of these countries have been added yet. Is there something else needed? Previously, all Ken stated that was needed was the rating systems for that locality (which I gave) and that if there are no ratings systems for a locality, it just needs to be noted. I've done research on the list (Pakistan, Jamaica, Kazakhastan, the Ukraine, Serbia, Czechslovakia, Yugoslavia) and have yet to discover that there is/was a ratings system for these locales. |

| Posted: | | | | And it would make DVDP interesting for people from these countries. And not to forget we would get more international. How was the word: Globalization. |

Has anybody seen any proof that Ken or Geri is even around anymore? I can't recall seeing them in an actual thread in a long, long time. |

Ken's last post - 8/15/2010 Ken's last visit - Today Gerri's last post - 5/23/2010 Gerri's last visit - 9/3/2010 These stats don't include Moderator posts and visits, although I suspect Ken and Gerri are also the moderators for the forum. | | | Hal | | | Last edited: by hal9g |

Czechoslovakia ceased to exist in 1993 and split into the Czech Republic and Slovakia (both localities are already added). So there's never a DVD released in that former country and therefore no need for that locality. The same goes for Yugoslavia. From 1992 till 2003 Serbia and Montenegro were called the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. So there's no need for the locality Yugoslavia either because that should be these two localities: Serbia and Montenegro (they also split up). | | | Cor | | | Last edited: by Corne |

There were films created during that time period that don't belong to the split-up versions. In order to use the Country of Origin option for those films, a locality needs to be created. |

If you would change the by me italiced "locality" to CoO or Production country, what you want to say is absolutely clear. |
