So, Keep Case or Custom (this one is entered as custom). I think keep case as it's not really custom, just a different type of keep case.

I sadly own a few of those (the usual thick ones but also thinner ones, e.g. Family Guy, American Dad, Hemlock Grove) and noticed that especially the newer ones got added as "box".
Should they still be added as a normal Keep Case or was there a change to this?

Maybe one of the guys around here, who maintain their own websites (emmeli, Kluge, Mediadogg, etc.), could host the pictures?

So, has anything been done?

Since the images are missing, was there ever a decision on Criterion (Scanavo) cases if they are considered "HD Keep Case" or just "Keep Case".  Going through this tread it seems that some members thought one or the other but no clear decision.
