| Posted: | | | | Ah yes Marco Salvi of Ninja Theory - makers of a terrible Xbox1 game with MS as their publishers, whose subsequent prototype for Heavenly Sword was passed on by Microsoft, and picked up by Sony. Strange that an ex-Microsoft turned Sony employee has a pro-Sony bias isn't it? He must have a more neutral view than a Harmonix employee who has developed games for PS2, 360 and PS3. If Salvi is such an authority then why does Heavenly Sword stutter and slowdown so much? Shall we go back to your beloved vgchartz numbers? Kung Fu Chaos (Xbox) - 0.00 million Heavenly Sword total sales (PS3) - 0.22 million Guitar Hero 1 + 2 total sales (PS2 and 360) - 10.45 million. "Mr. amateur programmer blogger extrodinair(sic)" might win that round? |

I wonder why they bothered to code the game for a console that is nothing but a 'passing fad'? | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. Well I was talking about Harmonix, who are now working on Rock Band (Guitar Hero 3 has been given to Neversoft and Vicarious Visions) - but to be honest I think that RB might sell just as well as GH3 or better. |

I did not know that. This is my first chance to play GH, as I don't own a 360 or a PS3. My daughter wanted it for the Wii, so I figured I would take this opportunity to see what all the buzz was about. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. From playing the GH3 360 demo (the game is not released in the UK for another 3 weeks), Neversoft have managed to effectively emulate the first 2 games (even though Harmonix took their engine with them to MTV and Neversoft had to start from scratch). I hope they have done the same with the wii port. Unique to the wii is the use of the in-controller speaker, any "missed note" sound when you make a mistake comes from the internal speaker and not the tv speakers. It is a great game that kids and adults can enjoy and enjoy together - would be perfect for you and your daughter. Metacritic |

Cell's Architecture Explained...Inside the Cell
Inside the Cell - Part 2 A 2005 "article" by a nobody about the theoretical power of the cell so dull you had to link to it 3 times. Thanks. So, you are saying the architecture of the Cell has changed since then? If you are saying that, where is your proof? Otherwise, your statement has NO bearing of the information provided. You, obviously, failed to look at the references before you said this was written by nobody (as if that means the information he used was off the top of his head). If you look at the actual link and had the ability to read and understand English you would have seen the words "KONAMI has decided to delay the title's release" in Konami's own Press Release. |

No I'm saying that theoretical articles published by complete nobodys in 2005 before a PS3 had ever been built have nothing interesting to add to 2007 discussions about games consoles. Only a pathetic drooling fanboy like yourself would think there is anything of merit in that text. No one else reaches for a box of tissues with excitement when they read the words "Synergistic Processor Elements". Quote: You, obviously, failed to look at the references before you said this was written by nobody (as if that means the information he used was off the top of his head). Typical. I looked at the guy's website: www.blachford.info/other/me.htmland he is very clearly a complete and utter nobody. In his own words: Quote: I'm into all sorts of things most of which involve sitting in front of a Computer for hours on end and drinking lots of coffee (or sometimes Beer) with of course a CD playing in the background.
As you may notice from this site I am an inventor of sorts but I don't generally (if ever) build anything I invent. I just dream things up then draw a few diagrams write a few pages and that's about it. I've included a few of my computer ideas, an anti gravity machine and my addition to the world of theoretical physics which is unusual in that I'm not actually a physicist. There's also my contributions to microprocessor and computer design (some of which appear to have come true!) as well as some assorted other stuff. Sounds like a real authority doesn't he. Even more laughable are the Jan 2007 "articles" in his "blog" about Real Time Raytracing and the PS4. Hmm that looks familiar, where else have I read this garbage? Sorry Ascended_Moron, your trolling is really running out of steam, the stuff you have come up with of late is getting sadder and sadder with each and every post. I think you need to find a forum with more drooling idiots in it, you might have some more fun... |

In case you didn't know, his website is NOT a reference. Try again. Out of ALL the references this guy lists, all you could find was his website? Then, you probably think that's a strong argument. Typical. | | | To err is human... ----------- 473 Blu-ray Titles |

If you had read this article, which was linked from the article stefc linked to, you would have known that 'Early 2008' meant no later than February. Why do I say that? Because the Japanese version of the trailer says "This winter". Since winter runs from December to February, early 2008 had to be no later than the end of February. I keep saying it, you really must read beyond the first page. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
