Okay, this is exactly what happened to me, timing out. Maybe they could alter the message that comes (saying time out) to say that one should use Google. Thanks for the tip!

I second that. If it's not too much trouble, get it in DVD Profiler. If it's too difficult (time consuming).

I don't blame Ken also, but only suggesting things that would improve. I've found myself several times wondering what type of case I had to enter this time and found myself pressing F1 to see if something was mentioned. Nothing came so suggested something what could help.

Got a question related to having a "canned" cast & crew list: do you know if there is a tool or plugin that gives you the option to copy an entire cast / crew list from one DVD to another?

As long as you want to copy and paste the entire cast and crew, it is possible to do.

Simply open the source DVD in edit mode.
Right click on the cast or crew section and select 'copy all cast' or 'copy all crew'.
Close that profile and open the target profile in edit mode.
Right click on cast or crew and select 'paste all cast' or 'paste all crew'.

This will overwrite the existing so make sure that is what you want to do.

It sure looks that way, well DVD Profiler has changed a lot over the years. Busy learning it.
