And who is the author of the default layout? I don't know, whoever, he should update his layout and correct the faults. What do you expect from Invelos, that they maintain every obsolete layout with every new or changed feature?

Um...are you serious?

Of course. First sentence in the thread: "Very few layouts show the format tab correctly"...

By definition, the default layout is the one that comes with the program and is/was created by Ken so, yes, it is a reasonable expectation that he maintain said layout with every new or changed feature.

Like I said: 1. One cannot expect every Layout to be updated by Invelos. 2. There is no need for a new "function" (what this forum is about), the function is there, it is just a Layout problem.

I don't think you are understanding what I wrote as I said nothing about 'every layout'.

You asked a question, and made a statement about the default layout...it's still at the top of this post.  I responded to that question/statement because, in my opinion, the answer to that question was quite obvious.  Since the default layout is the layout that comes with the program, it has to have been written by Ken.  While one can't expect Invelos to update every layout, one can expect them to update the one they are distributing with their program.

STFU, check the contribution and try to find something new to troll about
It's incredible that a useless retard like you is see as comic or usefull here since except for trolling you are pretty useless

Another pitiful post, Jimmy S, repeated harassment of another member is a bannable offense. Besides that religious discussions specifically are not allowed in any of the forums. It is to be hoped that Invelos and the forum moderators take care of you.

How is this religious? Is there some church of the troll which has escaped my notice?

With its own website, oddly enough:  troldkirken.dk

If the default layouts are changed or updated, I would like the update or change(s) to be optional.

Or, if I have the program locked I don't want it to be overridden.

I'm used to the layout I've been using and I don't want it to change. I've tried other layouts and they just don't look "right" to me.

I've turned into my grandfather - I like things the way they are and at my age I don't want to get used to something new.

Just save your actual layout. Your 'own' layout will be saved within every backup, so you won't lose it.

nnedless to say - save it with your name - so you can easily find it again. I've done that for a few years now - I found/amended a layout I like. And it's never changed..

They would be better placed below the rest of the content in that panel instead of their current placement.

Every window that's partially hidden from view should have a scrollbar, just like the Collection List, Cast, Crew or Overview window.
