Yeah, Ocean's Twelve was the worse of the trilogy by FAR.  I think the DVD version upconverted beats it (not the 640kbps audio though).

I haven't watched it yet, so can't tell you what I think about this particular one. I am just a little sad in this case as I thought the transfers should be the same; otherwise I could have bought the R2 release, as I believe it was region-free. So now I am stuck with the "worse disc" of the two and could have had the better one... (I actually considered double-dipping and selling the US one.)

I not sure if that's worth the effort. It's not that much worse. (I mean it is) but check it out first. There are also a lot of people out there who enjoyed that transfer..
