Ok, im stuck in a chicken and egg scenario now.  I want to buy a desktop license so i can get my DB extracted and converted to excel format.  The purchase wont work, goes to paypal and then questions every one of my payment methods, wont let the purchase complete.  Im completely stuck!  Any thoughts/Ideas please?  Ive tried buying directly and also tried buying as a gift.  The amazon item doesnt exist anymore.  Im well fed up with all this...
