| Posted: | | | | I'd be interested in seeing on the profile page what percentage of users who own that DVD. I know this would be tough since there are releases with different UPC coes for the same movie but it would give an estimate of how many others also own it... Oh, and I know this would only be for those who have their collection online. | | | Last edited: by The Movieman |

But can't really see how it could possibly be implemented. | | | With every passing hour our solar system comes forty-three thousand miles closer to globular cluster M13 in the constellation Hercules, and still there are some misfits who continue to insist that there is no such thing as progress. |

| Posted: | | | | I would love this feature. Have thought about it since I started using Profiler all those years ago. Am very interested in seeing how many titles only I own, or how many only me and one other user own. I think it'll be a lot. | | | Guns don't kill people. | Posted: | | | | I've always also been in favour of this, but purely a statistical analysis of the amount of users who own the same titles, not a list of who they are. Privacy should be protected for those who desire it.
In addition, I would also like to see an average rating for each title based on everyones own score they have given it in the review part of each profile, might give us all ideas of highly marked titles we might otherwise walk past in the store. | | | | | | Last edited: by hayley taylor |

| Posted: | | | | This is pretty much my top new feature request.
There is already an indicator of a DVD's popularity by just seeing it in the database voting. Those that get many votes are obviously owned by many users. If one has NO votes, then that might indicate that title is owned only by you and the submitter. Observing this has made me even more curious about how many others own the same titles as in my collection ~ some that I thought would be very popular seem not to be and vice versa. Likewise the 9% of my collection that still has no profile in the Invelos database ~ do NO OTHER users have those title in their collection?
Sharing the number of others who report those titles in their collection (or at least a percentage) would satisfy my curiosity greatly! |
