| | Posted: | | | | Well here is my request. I have been requesting this for about 4 years now.
A option to print out a report based on slot number. I have a DVD changer like many people. And one of the ways I print reports is based on slot number so I don't have to bother typing the information into the changer.
For example. Lord of the Rings. Movie runs on 2 discs. So when I print out the report it will show:
Slot 144 The Lords of the Rings: Two Towers Disc 1 {front cover}
Slot 145 The Lords of the Rings: Two Towers Disc 2 {front cover}
It is frustrating to do this using Sequence number. Please Please add this.

| | Posted: | | | | Not sure I exactly understand your request, but you can sort by location/slot and you can add the location and slot fields to a report.
To sort by location/slot: Collection/Sort By/... pick Location/Slot
When printing a report, on the report options tab select "As filtered/sorted in collection listing"
If you have more than 1 changer and want to print only one at a time, create tags for each changer then you can filter on the changer you want to print.

Has three properties
Show Location
Show Slot
Show Description
I use these to show the location and slot number for a disc. That way I have only one entry in my listing but it shows multiple slot #s.
To do it your way you would need to enter a profile for each DVD you own.
