| Posted: | | | | Would like the ability to be able to filter based upon the location field.
I currently populate the location field with the names of my DVD changers. When Running reports I'd like to be able to run the report against each changer.
Would like to be able to highlight some profiles and filter upon those, ability to use shift+click and CTRL + click would be nice also.
That way when I want to print out a new page I don't have to spend 20 minutes lining the filter set up with the report output.
Custom filter creator would of course be perfect but asking rather a lot! |

| Posted: | | | | you should already be able to do this.
In the collection list you can add a column for the location field and then sort by this field.
That will produce a list with each changer listed separately..
Then just select a group for each changer and tag that group.
The report will then just run against the current tagged entries..
If you want to save some time selecting each changer then create tags for each changer so you can filter on the changer you want to print. | | | Paul | | | Last edited: by pauls42 |

| Posted: | | | | Pauls42,
I already sort by location, slot, so I'm half way there.
How do I select a group? That would be great, I currently tag the five or ten profiles (depending on which report I want to update) for reprinting or updating individually.
I really don't want to go through and tag 200 dvds in order to do this, when I have already got a field set. |

| Posted: | | | | There is an option under Collections -> Flags where you can either all above or all below your current position in the list, but I don't know if this would be useful to you. |

| Posted: | | | | A nice feature would be to add CTL+Space or CTL+click (or Shift making it more like the range select in excel) to flag all between first flag and current position. | | | Kevin |
