Could it be a good idea to add Audio Descriptive Service to audio tracks? Under audio on my swedish HD DVD of The Prestige, it's listed. It's the regular soundtrack, only with a narrator reading e.g. cards, signs and similar things for blind or sight challenged people. Apparently Warner has done this to a few of their European HD DVD releases.
