| Posted: | | | | I have many images scaner, in more cuality than dvdprofilers use.
When I updated database, I will like see not only image comparation, I will like see the resolution betwen them, not do more bigger images for do a comparation.
Seeing resolution numbers is more faster for know is image is bigger or smaller resolution. |

The num, bers would tell you nothing, Invelos compresses the images and takes down the scanning resolution

| Posted: | | | | I know invelos takes downscaning resolution for the images are updated. Because that when I updated database I don't like lost my more resolution images.
The cuestion is not what size has invelos database images, the cuestion is what are my database image sizes to compare with invelos database images sizes.
When I previuw update for no deleted my scaned images, dvdprofiler show me the actual al new image in the same size, but the resolution can be diferent.
I must clik on then to see what is more resolution really.
One example (i don't know exactly numbers), I scaned a imaged in 2400x600, I updated to invelos and they dowscale. The invelos image can be 700x350. But dvdprofiler think that invelos images is never. If I don't previuw the updates, my database better image will be deleted.
I go to previuw images, and I see firtly with the same size, when resolution is more diferent. I would like in that moment see resolution numbers to decided what image I conserv. Is more faster see with number what has more resolution. |

| Posted: | | | | The easiest solution is to lock it once you've scanned it. Then you know it's something you don't want to overwrite. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

That answer is simple. I spend hours doing my own scans, its going to a cold day in hell, before I accept any image from the Online (except for pre-releases), I simply don't do it. I don't care anything about the specs for the Online because its irrelevant to me and sounds like it is for you as well.

| Posted: | | | | All images in the database are approx. 500x700 px and heavily compressed, regardless of the submitted size and resolution. If you do your own scans, you don't need to compare it to the database, you can never get an image bigger than 500px wide and 700px height from the Invelos database. Simply lock the images of the profiles with your own scans to prevent them from being overwritten by an Invelos update.

| Posted: | | | | I have near 900 dvd titles. I don't do scan in all of them. In other cases I have a one webpage image. Is these or not image.
Can be someone do a scan and put a image better than I.
In some case, coul be succeded the invelos image is less, but better scaned.
I lock slowy my scans, but I goin to continued to comparating new invelos images. |
