What is a Century CD Storage Unit?

Do you mean a DVD multi-disk player?  DVDP isn't designed to play movies though I recall a plug-in being developed that may do so.

Ah, not a player.  Interesting device though.  You may want to start a thread over in the plugin topic.

$400 a unit to hold 100 disc? It would be cheaper to buy a Sony DVP-CX995V 400 disc changer

you can stack them just need to buy a cable to connect them together. Not sure how many you can stack but at least 3 or 4.

You get 3x the space for same price.

That one doesn't have RS232 port.

However, the ES Series DVD/SACD/CD 400 Disc Changer does.  Costs a wee bit more though.

The $400 was for the multi-disc DVD player, not just the storage unit.

the century cd/dvd storage units come with software to select a dvd from your computer.
I like to use the software located on project labs web site below
