| Posted: | | | | It is no longer needed. Simply scan directly into the UPC field.
If you have an unmodified CueCat and therefore trouble to do so get the CatNip software. | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. Registered: May 29, 2000 (at InterVocative) |

| Posted: | | | | Hi,
I have a modified cuecat and I don't know to suppress the automatic "Return" after scanning. This prevents me from choosing which DVD I would like to add when multiple DVD profiles match the scanned UPC.
Can someone help me? |

| Posted: | | | | Sebastien, that is strange, I have a modified CueCat as well and no problem with it. For some reason for me it doesn't execute the line feed after scanning and I get to choose the DVD/profile I want...
Sorry for not being more helpful. | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. Registered: May 29, 2000 (at InterVocative) |

| Posted: | | | | And it does the line feed also in Notepad. I tried to install the old catnip software (v. 1.5) and I couldn't make it work for my cuecat (it doesn't change the behaviour of my cuecat).
Anyway, thanks for responding!
Is there anybody else who had this problem? | | | Last edited: by Sebastien |

| Posted: | | | | You may want to pick up a new CueCat. I got one from the CueCat store on eBay for $10 and haven't regretted it. |

It scans very well, except for the forced line feed. |

Is there anybody else who had this problem? Sorry, but I did not have this problem the few times I used a new, USP modified CueCat. It worked fine right out of the box (mailer bag).
