I'd prefer this to be a more general title field, and keep it locally. Something like "Additional Title".

That way people can use it in whatever way they like. You want to use it for International Titles, fine, good idea, but I would mainly use it to add the german title to imported discs to be able to search for the german name if I (or friends using my database) don't remember the international title.
