A minor request - would it be possible to set a default location for importing cover scans?

Hi

I'm just wondering if it would be possible (or is indeed already possible?), to have a user set default location for DVDprofiler to look in when you tell it add a coverscan?

I ask because it currently always seems to look in the root of the C: drive when you go to add one, which can be annoying when you actually scan them to another drive/location (my scanner defaults to my documents\my pictures\scans\ for example).

Yes, this is rather annoying, especially if you are editing a number of DVDs in a session - it will always go to c:\ despite using a folder on the previous DVD

I find that it remembers my last location.

I right click the image, then do 'edit cover images' then click the open icon. My scans are even stored on a network share.

Its not ideal but placing a shortcut to the covers directory in c:\ would save some time.

thanks for the tip ajm, that does appear to work for me, at least on the main page (I don't think it works from the profile editing page).

I think i'll do the shortcut placed in C:\ as well

While the workaround is nice (thanks, I hadn't thought of that), it would still be nice to see this fixed in a future release.
Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here.
Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection.

I'd still like that idea.
