I am glad that 3.1.0 now has real vista support, but I am using Vista Ultimate x64. Which means it has to run in a 32bit enviornment which isnt as efficent. Most cpus on the market now are x64 compatible and Microsoft is pushing for x64 OSs, which admittedly didnt take off with XP but seems to be doing well for 2003 and Vista. 64 bit does greatly improve database access, not to mention show lower active resources needed for those of us on a 64bit os.
So basically an 64 bit addition would be nice, if it is just Vista or also XP either way as there are users on xp64 as well and that has a lot more problems running 32 bit versions of software. |
