Would it be possible to display the new HD DVD and Blu-ray banners for titles with "HD Slim" cases in the Collection Gallery Plug-in?

As it is now, HD DVDs and Blu-ray discs look exactly like DVDs in that plugin, unless the HD DVD or Blu-ray banners are part of the scanned cover images.

Could you explain your statement?

Afaik the Collection Gallery plugin is somewhat different from other plugins in that it is written and published by "Invelos Software, Inc.", while other plugins are mostly written by users of the community.

So, why should a request to update that plugin to reflect changes in the main application be ignored?

I am obviously not Paul... However, at first I read his "statement" like you, but then I realized he must have posted something, then changed his mind and now means that his post should be ignored...

I have known Paul for a while and if he had a reason to be against your request, he would explain it.

Yeah, Paul's one of the nice guys. I'm sure he meant to ignore his post, not your request - which is a good idea BTW.

as Achim said - I wasn't suggesting that your post be ignored. It was mine I was suggesting you ignore.

I had originally thought that this should be posted in the plugin forum but had then realised that it was a Invelos plugin so this was the correct forum after all.

sorry for the confusion. It looks weird when I look at it now. I obviously need more practice at telling people to ignore what I've just said..

Ken, is this being looked at?

The banners are also missing in reports.

This thread should be added to the "Widespread Implementation of the Optional  HD Banners" that was a feature request started on October 2, 2007.
