I would like to see the addition of  "black and white/colour/colourised"  added to the main conents (ie not to extras)

Agree.
As to the source, it should be the film itself rather than the back cover, which is sometimes wrong.
For instance, on the box of the "Our Man in Havana" DVD I own, it reads "Colour", while it's not.

A old request thas was made sometimes.

"black and white/colour/colourised"
Must added black and white with selected color like Potemkin restauration with only red flags. Or mixed, like Wizard of of, with black and white some time, and colour is some others.

I also support this request, more one again.

Though it should take more source then that for colorized... as that can't automatically be told just by watching the movie/show.

Of course you can Skip... but I personally would still like to see it added to the actual program.

The tag system doesn't help, if I want to get information (colourised or b&w) about a specific DVD release before shopping.

How would Wizard of Oz be tagged ???
In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

This is one of the reasons I think it should be a 4 choice field...

- B&W
- Color
- Colorized
- Mixed (both B&W and Color in the same movie... like Wizard of Oz)

Alternatively it could be checkboxes - and hence what the mix is (if it is for example B&W+Colorized or B&W+Color). Just throwing it out there, I am not really hooked on doing it one way or the other.

Lars
