Also, say, by year of production - all movies produced in 1939, for example. The info's there, but at the moment not searchable. Will this be an option at some point? |

I agree with this request, specially for production years. Waiting for it, I have a tip for searching by production year. In notes, for a film produced in 2004, I write *2004 (if you want, you can make it invisible with color). Then I have just to search *2004 in general filter to find all the movies that were produced that year. It is very useful for me as I have reports per year of production. The * is necessary because we can have numbers in title or overview ("2001, A Space Odyssey", or dates in overviews) | | | Images from movies |

In the mean time, while you can not search by production year, you can sort by it. Then is is a simple matter of scrolling. If you want to be able to filter down to specific years, you could create tags for each year and mark each profile appropriately. That would be a lot of work, but it might give you some idea of the work Ken would have to do to make each and every field searchable.
I can't think of a good work around for finding specific crew roles though. Maybe someone else can. | | | Kevin |
