The developer simply needs to know what film classifications the Ukraine uses.
You can post them here, I'm sure he'll find them.
As an example the UK ratings are:

U - all allowed
PG - parental guidance
12 - no one under 12
15 - no one under 15
18 - no one under 18
R18 - adult titles only

If you create a similar list, I'm sure it'll be at least a good start for him.

Edit: I forgot to add, if they use different ratings in the cinema than on the DVD, then use the DVD ones.

I've made some search since this morning and the're not a lot of information available about the rating for this country. The only real usefull thing that I've found is this :

" In Ukraine, the classification system uses three different visual symbols : A green circle is applied to programs "any public," a triangle Yellow means it is "advisable to minors not play program Question only in the presence of their parents or with his consent ", and a Red means a "reserved for adult audiences." This scheme has been Established by the National Council of the Ukrainian television broadcasting And radio (a licensing and control) in 2003, it Is used by the Ukrainian television."

This is a google translation from a french document that I've found here. This is a Pdf document. Somebody from the country or from Europe could certainly provide a better answer than me.

I've found the official site of The National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine the rating are probably there, but there is one problem. The english version of the site is far from complete and a lot of information seems to be missing in comparaison to the original language version.

If someone here speak Russian* maybe the rating are there.

National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine

*: I suppose that the Russian is the language in Ukraine, if it isn't sorry.

It is very similiar to russian and most ukrainians speak russian, too. But the site is written in ukrainian, not russian.

But I can't read it either.

Hi DVD fans!
Senks for help and links and interesting information.
I carefully read and investigate this subject. Ukraine  have this film rating:

DA  - ?hildren's audience
ZA - All allowed audience
14  - no one under 14
16 - no one under 16
18 - no one under 18
?21 - erotic, adult etc.

It would be good, if developers were helped by the above-stated information and they could add the country Ukraine in the list.
