| Posted: | | | | I've would really like to have a feature to keep track of movies being related. E.g. number one, two and so on in a series (because some they are not always similarly named) or spinoffs like Friends and Joey.
I was thinking it could be like when having a box set, but without the whole profile thing and mostly/entirely a local database. So instead of having a box set name you will have en short description e.g. Friends and Joey would be Friends+spinoff. Or if you would have Get Shorty and Be Cool it could be Chili Palmer or Get Shorty 1+2.
So when you find Get Shorty and would like to finder other in the series you don't have to know what they are all called, just click you mouse and have the list pop-up. | | | |

| Posted: | | | | Could you use tags? I use tags for series like James Bond, the Pink Panther, Dirty Harry, etc which are not as easily accessed by other searches. | | | ...James

| Posted: | | | | I find the tags system slow and overkill for this small job, like when you click on a cast or crew member you get a list. That is what I'm looking for or even like box set/child profiles you get the little plus sign. I'n fack I've tried setting as child profiles but this renders reports useless when arranging DVD's on shelves. | | | | | | Last edited: by CalInTheZone |
