Something that would be intersting is a place where you put the location of the DVD (box). For example.
Title: Special Victims Unit Season 3
Location: Rack: B
            Row: 3
I Think that would make the way of searching for a DVD a lot faster when you know the exact location.

Hey it's my buddy nico!

DVDProfiler has "Personal Information" that you can use when you "Edit DVD Profile".

For Location, use the "Location" field. It is part of the disc information, so if there is no disc in the profile, you have to add at least one disc.

For the Row, use the "Slot" field of the disc information.
Thanks for your support.

Well Hello Mediadogg.

I tried that but it didn't work.  I will look into it tonight
By the way can print that information on my Labelwriter?

From what I understand, since I don't use the feature, is that it won't let you enter a Location and Slot unless you have entered a Dicc ID. On the ones you are trying, have you entered a disc ID and, if not, try again after doing that.

Not a DiscID but only "a disc", so just DVD -> Edit -> Discs -> Add Disc -> OK.
Then you should be able to follow mediadogg's advise.

Mithi,

Thanks for clarifying that. As I said, I don't use the feature but remembered you had to do more than just add a location and slot information.

Now why would anybodt to do that? (Just kidding!!!!  ). I'll put them on the list.

Meanwhile you can print that information on labels using the Reports feature. You can even use the barcode image from the P-Touch plugin as an image.

I encourage you to experiment with the Reports feature. You can't hurt anything. There are some built-in examples that you can learn from. You will answer most of your questions by playing around. Have fun!

@Mithi and Halo2 - thanks for the additional help!
