I don't know if this has been asked elsewhere, but I have noticed that, even though you can see a little "headshot" icon next to a cast member meaning there is a headshot picture of him/her, this is not the case with crew members. No icon appears next to any crew name, even if there is indeed a picture of him/her.

Is there any way to fix this?

I think this "missing feature" should be added for consistency, though I don't know why anyone would be interested in the headshots for crew.  Headshots are helpful for identifying on-screen performers but I don't see much use for identifying people behind the camera.  But to each his own, I guess.

Not meaning to hijack this request (though my idea is related to the headshot icon):  I'd like to see the headshot icon appear in the cast/crew EDIT boxes as well as in the main layout.  That way you could tell which actors don't have a headshot when you're editing a cast list.  You can see the cast/crew window when you are editing (at least using the layout I use) but that window doesn't show ALL the cast and you can't control the scrolling of it when you're in edit mode.  I'd like to see the icon beside the actor in the edit window so I know which ones have headshots and which ones don't without doing a search on each actor.

it would be cool to have a mini picture of the actor's photo instead of an icon right next to the name.  it would be nice to not have to click the cast to see the picture of an actor.,
