| Posted: | | | | The welcome page which greets me every time start up DP is most unwelcome. I detest splash screens and the like that simply delay my getting where I want to be. If there is no way to disable this feecher, there should be! If there is a way, I have been unable to find it! | | | -R. Windows 7 (Home Premium) SP1; 64-bit DVD Profiler 3.8.1 |

I believe that there is a box you tick on the bottom of the opening page to prevent this from happening. |

| Posted: | | | | Hello... If you are talking about the splash screen with the dvd as an eye that shows when loading the program this can be disabled with a command line function /nosplash. Taken from the help section of the program itself... Quote:
DVD Profiler can be launched with one or more of the below startup parameters. To add startup parameters to your DVD Profiler icon, right-click on the icon in the Windows Start menu or Desktop and select "Properties". Enter the desired parameters after the last quote in the "Target" field. Example:
"C:\Program Files\DVD Profiler\dvdpro.exe" /NoSplash
If you are talking about the welcome screen that shows your most recent purchases and recommends a movie to watch and stuff like that there is a tick box to remove it... however it may be a paid version only feature... | | | -JoN | | | Last edited: by ruineddaydreams |

| Posted: | | | | Glad to see we were able to help you customize the program more to your liking. It's also nice to see that you have since purchased the program... so here's the official "Welcome" to the the program and the forums. I see you've been pretty busy on the forums the last 2 days... you will soon find that the forums for this program are very healthy and most of your questions will be answered promptly. You will also find that the program itself as literally hundreds of small features and options that some of us are still discovering years after we started using the program... you have made a great purchase.
Enjoy! | | | -JoN |
