| Posted: | | | | Would love to be able to do this, so that I can look at what I've been wanting to watch - with such a big collection, I think of things, don't have time, and would love to sit down and say "Oh, let me do that one, mark it off the list" |

You can create a tag for unwatched, and if you want to be more detailes, you can even create child tags that could be based on priority. See this article for a how-to on using tags. See this thread for some examples of how other people use them. Tags are a very useful and often overlooked feature of this fantastic program. Hope that helps. | | | Kevin |

| Posted: | | | | Is this feature really necessary? I mean every DVD I have purchased is because I want to watch it. I have standard DVD cabinets and have found that I just lay the ones I have not watched on their side so they are horizontal, when I want to see something new, I go after those first. |

| Posted: | | | | Call me dumb, but if you tag all the DVDs you have watched using the existing feature, wouldn't anything not marked as already watched be something you "want to watch?" Do we really need both features? Unless we are buying DVDs just for the sake of buying them with no intention to ever watch them. | | | Another Ken (not Ken Cole) Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges. I don't have to show you any stinking badges. DVD Profiler user since June 15, 2001 |

| Posted: | | | | We don't need to tag anything as watched. We have an existing feature in the program which you can use to mark a dvd as watched.
Then you can filter anything out as not watched. | | | Paul |

| Posted: | | | | I have quite a few DVD's that I haven't watched since I purchased them but I have watched them. Then there are other movies I'm more inclined or feeling an itch to watch. So I can see the merit behind this feature.
A tag will work in the meantime. |

So equivalent to the wishlist priority, there should be something like a watchlist priority? From ***** (Urgent) to * (Why the heck did I buy this one?)? This would get useful if it was linked to the "Movie Pick" Tool. Wouldn't use it, but can see the point in it. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | Yeah, sounds useful for me, too. I have watched almost all DVDs I have, but I also love watching movies two or more times (what else would I buy them for?), and right now I maintain different stacks of movies on the living room table. One is "To watch with this freind", another "DVDs another firend wants to watch"... So "not watched" is not the same as "want to watch". |
