| Posted: | | | | LOL, well if you type in Screensaver/Any Date/All forums you will get 23 results and if you click on any number of the resulting threads you will get instreuctions on how to achieve your desired objective. It can be done very simply from WINDOWS.
I tried to be nice about it, but i see that isn't allowed, if you think you are the first to make put forth this thought...well, this program IS over EIGHT years old and...well...you aren't the first, nor will you be the last and the capability is out there.

What is your OS ? With windows XP, you have a screensaver called "My photo album" (right click on screen, properties, screensaver). You indicate the folder with images ("My documents\DVD Profiler\Databases\Default\Images") and you get what you want. If you want only front covers, you create a new folder where you copy files containing "f." | | | Images from movies |

@ Svnshadow: The best way of getting this is the Windows integrated slideshow screensaver. Just point it to the DVDProfiler Image Directory. This would show the backcovers too, if you don't want this you'd have to do a search on "*f.jpg" in the image folder of DVDProfiler and copy the results into a new folder. Point the screensaver to this new folder and only the froncovers get shown now. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | to cite myself: Quote: I still use Picture and Sound Show Screensaver. To see only frontcovers just input the wildcard: *f.jpg And to carry it to the extremes: I don't use my actual cover folder but I copy[1] all the covers of my unseen DVDs to an extra folder. cya, Mithi [1] of course with a XSL that generates a batch-file. | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |
