| Posted: | | | | Did an audit on I am Legend, and suddenly I thought about how neat it would be to have a checkbox for animals playing in movies. That so we can distinguish between stagenames of artists (i.e The artist Kranku in one movie playing police officer, and in another movie the animal Kranku plays Sam the dog)<--all this was made up, don't know if anyone is named Kranku There isn't always the roles are credited as Kranku - Sam, the dog. It might be obvious that it is an animal, but to avoid "confusion" a checkbox would be great. | | | "What's God?" | Posted: | | | | Oh, but we'd still have no way of distinguishing between Elvis (swan) in Hot Fuzz and Elvis (dog) in Rubber Johnny (real credits btw). I think the idea makes sense, but I don't know that it's really necessary. Also, you're bound to get someone calling for / crediting "uncredited animals". I've got at least one example (My Wrongs #8245-8249 & 117) in my collection of a dog that plays a major role, but is uncredited. | | | Adelaide Movie Buffs (info on special screenings, contests, bargains, etc. relevant to Adelaideans... and contests/bargains for other Aussies too!) |
