I have been thinking about this some more... Imagine if you will... you receive a new TV-series in the mail and you want to watch it ASAP What you don't want to do is spend any time with DVD Profiler, dealing with its Add DVD process for say 15 discs using WMC on autostart when a DVD is inserted into the DVD tray. Here is where I think this third application, DVD Profiler Agent, would become handy. So, you fire up DVD Profiler and go to Options and enable the DVD Profiler Agent (maybe even set if it should start up on windows startup next time windows starts up). You close DVD Profiler and slip in a DVD into the DVD tray, WMC fires up in window mode (or whatever Player you have), the watching starts Sometime, while the disc is in the tray, You do a right click on the DVD Profiler Agent icon in the system tray and select add disc, another right click and set watched for the disc previously added. Then, You watch the next disc in the set Minimize DVD Profiler to the system tray would probably be a good start if the thought of an DVD Profiler Agent is out. |
