| Posted: | | | | The search function needs improving. The string function apparently only works if you type in the beginning words of the title. For example- if I type in Rocky and Bullwinkle for the title The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle I will not get a title found. This is inconvenient when trying to find titles when you can't remember the exact title. Does anyone else have this same problem? Is there any thought of improving it? |

| Posted: | | | | Tick the box next to where you write the title, that says "full substring filter". I dont know what that means (but the finnish translation of it makes perfect sence to me ), but it searches titles so that the word youre searching can appear in any part of the title. | | | Last edited: by whispering |

| Posted: | | | | You can also save a filter set while you have this box ticked and use a commandfile to load the filter set at startup. Which reminds me, I forgot to re-do this last time I formatted. That explains a few things... Edit: In case you don't know how to do this I'll repost here. Tick the box described in the above post. Optionally, sort your collection list in whatever order you want to have at startup (by title, random etc). Save a filterset called startupfilterset on your C:\ drive. Next, open notepad and past in: Loadfilterset C:\startupfilterset.flt .Save this as commandfile.txt on C:\ Finally, right click your DVDP shortcut and at the end of the 'target' field paste in: commandfile="C:\commandfile.txt"File names/paths are of course changeable as long as they remain consistant. | | | Last edited: by MarEll |
