| Posted: | | | | It would be very cool if DVD Profiler could support a library of CDs as well as DVDs. That's a plug-in I would happily pay for. |

| Posted: | | | | 1. I did a search and didn't find anything.
2. I would think that the feature request area would be a place to make known your interest in having a particular feature made available regarless of whether someone else already requested it in the past. |

| Posted: | | | | You did nothing wrong - the forum search is notoriously bad, and you are making a feature request in the right forum. The fact that many others have asked for it before only proves how popular it is.
Unfortunately some of our users are just incapable of civil behaviour. |

| Posted: | | | | I was eventually able to dig some stuff up by removing the date filter on the search and searching the individual forums. It was a pain to do with out getting time-outs. Had I done this before and read all the snotty responses my request has gotten in the past, I wouldn't have bothered.
I wouldn't even care if CD Profiler were a separate tool. I just like the DVD Profiler functionality and think that it is better than any of the products I've seen that do handle CDs. I might just put them in Excel and be done with it. I don't really use my physical CDs much anyway, as I have all my music ripped to WMA Lossless on a network accessible RAID 0 mirror set and access it with a Logitech Squeezebox and a couple PS3s. |

Sorry if we can't have some fun, but this is a common question. Like I said Search ALL Forums on CD for subject and Any date, you will get 33 hits, lots of questions and lots of answers. Over the years, the last TEN Years, with both Intevocative and Invelos this was one of the most most COMMON questions that has been received.

RAID 0 is a striped set So it's possibly a RAID 0/1 (means 2 HDDs each work as striped set while the second set mirrors the first) EDIT: Back to your request: It's a valid request, and is, as already stated, frequently asked for. Sadly it will probably never be available. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | I'm sorry, I was thinking that RAID 0 was mirror and RAID 1 was striped without parity. I seem to have gotten them backward. |

It's not too bad. I was one of the many hoping for a cd profiler, but I'm afraid we'll never see it. |
