| Posted: | | | | At the moment the Blu-Ray Titles are all mixed in with the dvds it would be nice to have all blu-ray together and all dvds together for those who collect both. |

| Posted: | | | | You can already set up different databases, so one for DVDs and one Blu-Rays. You can't have them simultaneously open. To do that you could assign DVD collection numbers, oh say up to 10,000 and Blu-rays above 10,000.

| Posted: | | | | You can also define 2 flags. 1 for DVD's en 1 for Blu-Ray. Filtering based on flags enables you to display either format of your collection. | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm

| Posted: | | | | In the collection list, you can display "Media Type", and sort on it. Without any other action, you have all your blu-rays and all yours DVDs separated. | | | Images from movies |

| Posted: | | | | Alternatively just sort your collection list on Media Type, ascending puts Blu-ray last, descending first. | | | First registered: February 15, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | You don't need to flag Blu-rays. You can filter by format. |

| Posted: | | | | I have my own method of separating them as seen in my signature. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

| Posted: | | | | Multiple lists would achieve this As for sorting by media type, thats unsuitable if you have more than a few BDs and you want to change the sort order of your BDs. Filters are your best bet for the time being. |

| Posted: | | | | I just started my collection number at #1 for DVDs and #500 for Blu-Rays. (I own about 150 DVDs and 10 Blu-Rays, never bought any HD-DVD). |
