Disk ID for more then one Disk

I have Same Disk ID for single Disk and in Box Sets.
Is it possible for the future Profiler-Version to use Disk ID more then once.
eg. Master is Single-Disk and Collections are Slave with no changes in the Data

I got them manually.... but it must give better ways
