Separate option for Hi-Def banner |

Preferably, the HD Banner should auto-activate when choosing HD Keep Case or HD Slim without checking slip cover, but we should still have to ability to manually add or remove the banner for those rare and odd cases that jump out of the ordinary (I'm looking at you, UK Hancock Blu-ray with slipcover  ) | | | Blu-ray collection
