| Posted: | | | | Today I cam across a 3 month old post with regards to covers that was very helpful to me but I was unable to thank with a green arrow because the post is older than whatever time limit is used. Would be nice if the time restrictions were removed as helpful posts can be helpful for years. |

| Posted: | | | | Second this. I wanted to give bigdaddyhorse a green arrow for his Alligator scans, but I was unable to. I'm sorry Big Daddy. | | | Reviewer, HorrorTalk.com

| Posted: | | | | I agree to green arrows without a time limit, but I don't think we need the same for red ones. | | | Another Ken (not Ken Cole) Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges. I don't have to show you any stinking badges. DVD Profiler user since June 15, 2001 |

| Posted: | | | | Very much agree with this. There have been old posts on a number of occasions that have really helped me out and I wish I could have greened them. So very good idea. | | | "The perfect is the enemy of the good." - Voltaire |

| Posted: | | | | If memory serves, greens normalize over time. If that's based on the age of the post, a green on a two-year old post will have almost no weight for the stars. If it's based on when the green was given, all good!
I suspect it's the former since my green list seems to be sorted by post date though it's a good bet that greens would be given in the same order as the post date too. |

| Posted: | | | | It would mean that those who do not post frequently will have a shot at say, the first star...
I realy don't care about the stars but rather if a post I've made gets 1 greeny it means, too me, that I did good.
However, knowing (with my low post frequency) that I will probably never get a shot at a star, feels a little unjust. So, yea, it would be a little more fun to help out!
On the giving end, I agree with that which is already said. |
