| Posted: | | | | Subject pretty much tells it all. It could be just a small symbol next to field's subject which you could click. Now it's a bit unpractical to first do the profile and then the close edit window > open lock window > select locks, when it all could be done while building the profile. |

| Posted: | | | | +1 from me. Or an optional setting that auto-locks all fields edited by the user. Not so much for impracticality, but because I'm forgetful. I've often intended to lock a particular field, but by the time I'm done editing the profile I forget to do so. I think I catch myself most of the time and end up locking the field anyway after a few minutes, but naturally I have no way of knowing how many times I have NOT caught myself.
