Suggested feature enhancement to the report generator.

Background: As it currently stands, in order to incorporate a portion of another report into a new, or existing, report, the user must open the report and copy the selected element.  That report is then closed and the report that is going to get the copied elements is opened.  The element is then pasted.  The process must be repeated for other elements, etc.  That is time consuming and prone to errors.

Proposal: Provide the ability to create and use report building blocks.  They would be contributed just like reports.  With the introduction of panels in V3.6,  a building block panel could contain more panels and elements that can be placed on a report and placed anywhere on the report, as a complete group.

For example, with panels and nesting, I was able to correctly have a report display both Blu--ray and DVD region codes.  There are lots of panels and elements required to get it to work correctly.  Instead of having users copy-n-paste the region coding from onew report into another, the user could go to the website and download all of the building blocks wanted and then import them into the new report, without ever having to keep opening and closing reports to add new report features.  A File->Import->Building Block would be added to the menu (or maybe a button) in order to import a downloaded building block.

There it is, the potentials could be endless.
