| Posted: | | | | I think it would be useful to have the contribution notes made, attached to each profile within DVDP.
Field I suggest an additional field that would be similar to the Notes field in DVDP today, but that this field only would hold the contribution notes. For lack of a better word, lets call it Contribution Notes. As you may know the Notes field is privet and people store all kinds of stuff in it. This new field would only hold the contribution notes. It would also be privet in the sense that it would not store, mirror, merge contribution notes from other users. The point would be not to garble the Notes field with contribution notes and that the online contribution system would take, whatever is in this field and use that in the online contriubtion notes field.
OR
List I suggest and additional list that would be similar to the Watched list in DVDP today, but each entry would hold a contribution note/date. A contribution note list! :D Like the suggestion above, this list would be privet from other users contribution notes but used by the online contribution system. | | | Last edited: by xyrano |

| Posted: | | | | Why would I want to have the contribution note of each dvd I own attach to them in my database? I make my own profile and I don't see the utility to have a long serie of X/X/20XX Joe Blow had contribute a name change, X/2X/20XX Joe Blow had contribute a name change, .... (10 more of the same) 2X/X/20XX Joe Blow had contribute a name change. You got the contribution note anyway by clicking where the arrow point if you want to see them |

| Posted: | | | | The list would be YOUR contribution notes only. Not the bulk of all users notes. |

| Posted: | | | | OK got it, it was 6 in the morning so I wasn't too awaken yet So nothing would appear from those who doesn't contribute right? I suppose that it would be an optional window also, since it wouldn't make sense to add an empty window to the layout? If it's the case I have no problem with what you suggest |

| Posted: | | | | I guess the suggested field would be, like Notes is today, hidable. I would like to access the list like we do the wached list, using menu or CTRL+H. |
