Just a way to make building layouts easier.

The ability to drag and drop elements into new templates.

Because I'll be honest trying to edit these up as HTML is vexing.

As I would have thought the Reports system would share a lot of the elements needed for an HTML window I could see this being fairly easy to implement - maybe an extra option in the reports editor "save as html window"?
