That's it,

Give the possibility to save reports instead of only print it.

If it's saved on .pdf or even .html, it'll save trees (less printing) and it can be stored on a USB/CD/DVD. Also, it's way more useful for someone that doesn't have any printer.

You can do this now if you install a PDF Printer driver I use CutePDF (www.cutepdf.com) as its free and it works. You simply "print" your report to the PDF Printer and it creates a PDF file for you.

On Windows 7 (and Vista As far as I know) already implemented, just use the “Microsoft XPS Document Writer” as printer.
