There is a real lack of alternatives to 'Make-up Effects' on the Contribution Rules table at the moment. 'Prosthetics Designer' in all cases I've encountered it, so far, have been regarding application of prosthetics to the face or body of the actors in question to give them some sort of effect (burns, cuts, disfigurement, completely different look). Surely this is a 'direct translation' of Make-up Effects?
