| Posted: | | | | Please add the following features: Subtitles: - for deaf people - Audio-description for blinds
Add Multiple DVD - Possibility of adding unknown titles with (EAN, Title). If EAN is allready in Database, the title wouldn't be added.
Numbering Titles in Box-Sets should be numbered 1.1, 1.2,....
Purchase Date There should be an option where you can set this field as clear.
Inherit I miss a function where you can inherit Details (Example:. FSK or Actors) for Box-Sets or Film-Series. (Example: Man in Black I-III Will Smith is acting, so it would be you can add him in the cast automatically.
Thanks! |

Quote: - Audio-description for blinds Eh ... Audio-Description as subtitle? Quote: Add Multiple DVD - Possibility of adding unknown titles with (EAN, Title). If EAN is allready in Database, the title wouldn't be added. I'm not sure I understand that one, could you elaborate that a bit? To add titles always use the EAN if one is obtainable, as the combination of UPC/EAN and Locality forms the primary-key for each profile. Quote: Numbering Titles in Box-Sets should be numbered 1.1, 1.2,.... Nope. For the main-db they have to be according to the rules. You can locally change Tile and SortTitle however you like. Quote: Purchase Date There should be an option where you can set this field as clear. There already is. Press Ctrl+p and click on the next to the date and choose "clear". There is a copy&paste-function for profiles, although it can only copy entire casts. cya, Mithi | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |

Mithi Yes audio descriptive for hard of hearing does exist. It is more than just a subtitle, though that would be the best place for it. For example, <car door slams> "hey mike", might be an example. | | | ASSUME NOTHING!!!!!! CBE, MBE, MoA and proud of it. Outta here

| Posted: | | | | Audio description is already in the program, just check the audio track section (wich make sense as it isn't a subtitles track but an audio track). |

Yes audio descriptive for hard of hearing does exist. But that wasn't what the op was asking. He was asking Audio-description subtitles for blinds. Since you are never wrong can you explain to me how blind people would read such subtitles? |
