| Posted: | | | | I think DVD Profiler desperately needs a user manual. I almost didn't buy the program because of the lack of documentation. As I feared, it is a real pain to find the answers to simple questions about the program. I do not enjoy spending hours digging around in the forums for answers.
I know nobody likes to write manuals, but a short manual that explains how to do common tasks would improve the user experience greatly. It would also reduce some of the faqs that are asked 15 times a week.
Particularly useful would be instructions for uploading/downloading the database from Desktop to Online to IOS. |

The last update was for version 3.0! This way all functions added since then are de facto undocumented. The most used maintenance function (Databases Repair) isn't even mentioned. For users that grew into this over decades this is usually no problem. New users may be disappointed when finding sub-menus of which the function is explained nowhere. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
