| Posted: | | | | So anyone using Letterboxd? It's a place where you record your movie viewings and reviews with a setting that is a bit of a mix between Twitter and Facebook. As someone who hates facebook (I don't care what you're having for dinner and I don't want to see photos of your annoying whiny kids), I'm really loving it. I know at least DoubleDownAgain, addicted2dvd, dsig and more are on there, but who else? My Profile which is a work in progress.Well, must dash. Time to see Evil Dead remake at my local community centre (no cinema where I live, so we get movies well behind everyone else). I'll have a peek in here when I get back. |

Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand. The Centauri learned this lesson once. We will teach it to them again. Though it take a thousand years, we will be free. - Citizen G'Kar |

It appears it have a pro version? Yes, the site is like a movie fan networking site where you share your thoughts and viewings with friends. The pro version basically allows you to import viewing data etc from imdb and gives you an end of year report on your viewing. I plan on going Pro once I've been active for 3 months to show my support. The free version doesn't have any adverts or limits to what can be added though. |

| Posted: | | | | A good way to mark movies as watched is to search by year. Take 2013 for example, and you can sort it by many different ways. Default is popularity, so you can see the big films for each year. and rate/seen/Like them that way. You can knock out a bunch of movies you've seen very quickly that way. | | | HDTV: 52" Toshiba Regza 52XV545U AVR: Onkyo TR-707 Speakers: Paradigm Monitor 7 v6, CC-190 & Atom Monitors Subwoofer: Definitive Technology ProSub 800 BD/DVD: Oppo BDP-93 (Region Free) HD PVR: Motorola DXC3400 500GB w/ 1TB Expander BD/DVD/Game: 250GB PS3 Slim DVD/Game: 250GB XBox 360 Elite Special Edition (Black) Game: Wii Remote: Logitech Harmony One w/ PS3 Adapter WHS: Acer H341 Windows Home Server |
