I've bought the Android version of Profiler, via Google Play and successfully imported my collection, however now, when I open the program, an error message appears stating "Unable to validate license. To continue to use DVD Profiler, please visit the Google Play Marketplace" followed by the option to do so, or to quit. Visiting the Marketplace takes me to the page I bought it from, where it shows it is installed. Once I close the window for Marketplace, it works perfectly, however I don't want to see the error message every time I open the program, particularly if I'm without Internet access, as I won't be ale to visit the Market, and so presumably won't be able to use the program.

Any ideas on how to correct this please?

Many thanks!

Well the first thing I would try is uninstall then reinstall.

Second, I would open a support ticket to have the problem looked in to.

Thanks for the suggestions. It seems the problem was with purchased apps and Marketplace. A number of other apps were not finding the licences or purchase details. The solution was surprisingly simple.. The time on the phone was wrong! Setting the time/date to automatic resolved this, and all my other apps.

Thanks again

Thanks for letting us know; a useful bit on info
It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong
