For us that use custom roles for our crew tables, it would be nice to see the actual crew role selected, and the custom role behind it.
For example (not to abuse John Doe)
John Doe Production Sound Mixer(Sound Mixer)

But if I bother to type that in, then *that's* what I want to see. Of course, like the others, I wouldn't have any objection if it was optional. |
