Hi,
I've never had a smart phone before so don't underestimate my ignorance.  I purchased and installed the Profiler App and it works fine.  Due to some other problems I'd like to reset the phone to it's original state.  How will I re-install the Profiler App?  Or perhaps there is something I should do prior to resetting the phone?

Hi!
If you purchased from Google, I know once you re-install Google Play, your apps should automatically load.
I'm not sure about Amazon's store.  That's a really nice feature in Android. Once you buy it, it's yours.

Now syncing, THAT is another matter!

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.  After I posted I went to Google Play on my desktop and clicked "My Apps".  All the apps I had installed were displayed.
The only problem I recall synching was that I had to type in the numbers and not the name.  Took a while but no problems.  I've since added a couple of discs and no problem there either.
