AFAIK Invelos does not provide space to do this within the Invelos fora.

You'll have to upload the image to a publicly accessible webserver. Then use the picture icon "Insert an image" (when creating/editing a message on these fora) to link the image into your post.
The webserver can be a general public one, your own public server if you have one or, if your internet provider provided you with that space, the public site associated with your ISP web access.

For some idea how to do it, I suggest you browse the fora (like the LOLcats and dog lovers... threads in the General discussion forum) on how it is done.
