In trying to synchronize the new app I hit Upload, not download and just uploaded a 0 title database over my ~1200 title one.
Not used the desktop software in years, so chances of finding a backup is pretty slim.
Any ideas how to restore.
I'd have also thought if it was zero or less that full it would be additive rather than clearing the database!

Lee Lee, Do you have an on-line database that is up to date? That could save you. Dave |

It's the online database that i was trying to download, hit the upload button and....it's now all blank. That's the issue!

Lee OK. I misunderstood. I thought you meant the Android app. overwrote the main PC. How about a backup stored on a thumb drive? |

| Posted: | | | | Lee, If your database was on "C" or you have system protection turned on for the drive the database was on do a system restore. It's completely reversible if it doesn't work, but the data may be lost if other repairs are attempted. (If you have the "Computer" icon on the desktop, right-click it then click "Properties", then "System Protection" then "System Restore") Jim F. |

I had an online DB of ~1200 titles back from maybe 2010 when in my old house with my cinema set-up.
I've recently got back into buying bluerays and it would be useful to know what i've got when picking up new stuff, so got the android app.
I installed the app and then accidentally hit the upload button rather than the download....Hence *IF* there are any backups they're on a long dead machine |

| Posted: | | | | I'm guessing that since there's no obvious online roll back and support have yet to come back, i've probably lost it. Shame but i'll probably go through uploading just my blurays via the app. Smartphones are probably way better than my old cuecat scanner and pc anyway :D |
